Nine fixes went out together and six landed, with no conflict warning anywhere.
I sent nine edits to the same file at once. The tool reported success for every one, and the file ended up with six. Later writes overwrote earlier ones, and nothing warned of a conflict.
Now, after editing a file, I read it again and check every change is there instead of trusting the tool’s “success”.
